This year's Rummage and Bake Sale should prove to be bigger and better than ever! We need the entire Grace community to pull together and help make this sale a huge success. Fortunately, there are opportunities to help that don't require strenuous physical exertion. Although, if you would like to get a little exercise, the opportunity does exist.
The Rummage and Bake Sale will take place Friday March 16th from 2 until 6 p.m. and Saturday, March 17th from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
I know that at this moment you are asking yourself, "Hey! How can I help?". Well, I am glad you asked...
We need your baked goods! Cookies, brownies, cakes, pies, or anything in between would be great. You can drop off your delicious baked goods at Grace on Friday morning.
We need you to shop! This year we will be holding the sale in conjunction with the South Brevard Sharing Center. They will be bringing furniture and some other goods to sell, and we will be donating ten percent of our proceeds to them. Not only do you get to help Grace, you can help the Sharing Center which does so much to help those in our community that are less fortunate.
We need you to buy lunch or dinner! This year we will have a couple of food trucks on site. Food service will be provided by Duke's BBQ and Sunset Italian Ice (Italian ice, sorbet, hot cider, hot chocolate, pop, water and homemade beef jerky). A portion of all sales will go to Grace. You get delicious food, Grace gets more money, and everyone is happy. And while you are here you can swing by the bake sale and pick up some goodies for later.
We need your muscle! Volunteers are needed to mark prices, set up the day before the sale, work the sale, and clean up afterwards. You don't have to stay all day, just a couple of hours goes a long way.
Please come out and show your support for Grace and the Sharing Center.
